Chapter 789
Molly felt ashamed and coldly reminded, "It's not up to you to decide whether your body is in top condition. Just to be safe, I'll take you to the orthopedic department for a medical checkup later!"
When Brycen heard about the medical checkup, he suddenly got scared. He quickly aggrievedly said, "That’s not really necessary, Molly. I'm fine, trust me."
Molly ignored his struggle and coldly said, "What's the point of trusting you? I only trust the medical report! I'll take you to the medical checkup later. I'll know if you are in good condition or not."
"Okay..." said Brycen.
Brycen sighed helplessly. He knew that Molly could not be dissuaded once she had made up her mind. Thus, he could only silently accept her arrangement.
After a while, Molly took Brycen to take an X-ray scan.
When the X-rays were ready, the orthopedic doctor smiled with relief and said to Brycen, "Mr. May, you are recovering well. Your legs are no different from a normal person's. You must have felt that your legs have regained strength. You can walk and hop, right?"
"Well, I've been able to walk and trot for a long time. But, on rainy days, I occasionally feel a little sore in my legs and feet. I’m not sure why," said Brycen.
"That's cold feet," said the doctor.
When Molly heard Brycen talking about his symptoms, she sneered lightly and said, "I told you to wear long johns in the winter, but you didn't listen. Now, you have caught the illness. You will be in pain when it's rainy and cloudy in the future."
"Huh?" said Brycen. He hurriedly put up his grievous face and asked Molly for help. "Don't be like that, Molly. I'm a handsome man, and many girls are waiting to flirt with me. They would laugh at me if I let them know I have cold feet at such a young age."
"Hmph, that's what you deserve." Molly turned her head nonchalantly and did not want to bother Brycen.
Brycen had no choice but to beg her for help. He said, "Molly, my dear sister. Please help me!
"I know you have great medical skills and believe that my cold feet can be cured as long as you treat me. Consider it a pity for a young man who has entered old age ahead of schedule. Please help me cure it. Have pity on me."
Brycen asked pitifully with his hands together as if he was terrified that Molly would not treat him.
Molly burst out laughing!
The truth was that Molly would help with the treatment even without Brycen humbly requesting her. Brycen was her brother, after all. She would help him regardless.
After returning to the ward, Molly instructed Brycen to sit on the sofa, "Sit down. I'll take a look at you."
"Okay!” said Brycen. He sat down happily and knew that Molly would not abandon him.
Molly squatted on the ground. She stretched out her beautiful fair fingers and lightly taped on a few critical meridians on Brycen's legs.
"Ouch, that hurts!" Brycen exclaimed.
