I abruptly lifted my gaze and met Nicholas's dark, almost dreamlike eyes. A mocking smile spread across my face as I stared at him.
Tugging at my clothes, I glared at him provocatively. "What else can you do besides threatening women, Nicholas? I'm 30 now. Do you really think threats like these still scare me?"
I had spent three years abroad, where things were far more liberal than they were here. At parties, men and women would toast enthusiastically one minute and be passionately kissing and groping each other in a corner the next.
"Men like you? There are tons in the service industry. They are younger and far better at providing emotional value. But hey, you're not completely useless. I wouldn't mind taking it for free."
I reached out and grabbed him. His body tensed, while a flash of anger and restraint crossed his face.
His voice came out sounding hoarse. "Ariana, you asked for this!"
His Adam's apple bobbed as he tilted his head slightly, his eyes turning red. He bit his lip hard, his chest heaving as if struggling to hold something back.
I hadn't even started doing anything, yet his heavy breathing already filled the car. Between us, it wasn't just him who knew my body. I knew his body well too.
Years ago, we had too many indecent memories in the car. It wasn't just his persistence.
Sometimes I wanted to see him like this— dangerous and sexy. Those moments, both fake and real, had once captivated me. I had fallen for him, time and time again.
From the start, I had been the one taking the initiative more often. How could he possibly think he could control me in this?
In a daze, I felt his hands firmly holding the back of my head. The next second, his fiery kiss landed. The taste of tobacco lingered as his tongue traced the outline of my lips before pushing into my mouth.
I closed my eyes, and all I could see were images of Nicholas being pushed to his breaking point, no longer able to hold back. He was dangerous yet irresistible.
