The funeral of Theo may be over, but the lingering sadness at the Wilson's residence persisted. Every little memory of him kept reminding everyone of his presence.

In the dining room, Theo's usual seat remained untouched. No one in the entire Wilson's residence had moved it. Every day during meals, Mary still placed the utensils as usual. Both Mary and Gage visited the cemetery every day.

This atmosphere made Lena miss Jenny and Barron. She quietly visited Barron's grave and stayed for half a day.

When she returned, Lena had made up her mind. She planned to continue taking care of the Foster's residence and not let the house be deserted. Upon hearing Lena's decision, Natalie strongly objected, but Lena had made up her mind.

On the screen, Emma said with a gentle smile, "It's good to move around a bit. Frank, don't spoil her too much. It's better for her to move when she feels comfortable and rest when she's tired."

Frank, sitting beside Ava, nodded. "Yes, I will."

Daniel added, "Dad and Mom plan to come five days before your due date, but you need to report the situation at any time. If there's any change, we'll come earlier. Plans are subject to change, got it?"

Ava nodded vigorously. "Got it, got it. Don't worry. Didn't my parents-in-law also report to you every day? You even get double the reports from us. Are you still not reassured?"

Grace fed her in a different way every day. Although there were only a few types of fruits, when combined by Grace, they really could be served in a unique way every week. After coming to Athana for several days, Ava's face had become a bit more rounded.

Even Frank, who had lost weight after staying up for several nights, had gained weight again.

Just as Ava was feeding a slice of orange to Frank, the voice of Rose sounded at the door, "Ava, don't feed my brother anymore. Look, he's gained a whole circle of weight."

Following behind, Edward smiled politely. When Grace saw her daughter and son-in-law entering, she hurriedly went forward to take the child from Edward's hands, affectionately rubbing the child's forehead.

Harper said, "Grandma."

Grace smiled and responded, "Oh, what would you like to eat? Why don't you come over for dinner?"

Rose casually tossed her handbag next to Frank, then sat down beside Ava. Frank tried to pull her away, but Rose slapped his hand away, saying, "Hey, I still have an empty seat here. Don't worry, I'm a doctor."

Frank ignored his sister, instead, he neatly arranged the chain of the handbag on the sofa.

William tilted his head and kept whispering to his grandson. Harper nodded and shook his head at times.

Rose glared at his brother who doted on his wife and replied to Grace, "I got off work too late, and since my in-laws are going on a trip tomorrow, we decided to have dinner at home."

Ava placed the fruit in front of Grace and smiled as she asked Rose's son. "Harper, what do you want to eat?" She gestured for the child to take it himself.

Harper looked at the fruit plate and stared at the little red tomato. He reached out to take it, and Rose reminded him, "Say thank you to Aunt Ava."

"Thank you, Aunt Ava." Harper happily took the fruit and started eating. Ava was clearly trying to win the child over.

Grace pulled out a tissue, ready to wipe the child's hands at any moment. "Your mother-in-law is planning a trip?"

Before Rose could respond, Edward spoke up first, saying that until his parents returned, they would be staying at the Roberts family's home. He added, "Rose bought two tickets for them to go on a trip."

"Yeah, Mom has been helping us take care of Harper all this time, so I thought of letting her take a few days off," Rose explained. Mainly because she had a premonition that her second child was on the way. Last time, they didn't take any contraceptive measures, and she wasn't sure if she was pregnant or not.

Grace did not have any other thoughts. Instead, she felt that her daughter had done the right thing. After Rose started working, her child was mostly taken care of by her in-laws due to her limited availability. "It's quite good. Rose should do this."

After finishing the red tomatoes, Harper didn't eat anything else. Instead, he went to the side to play with the balance bike, falling down and getting back up repeatedly. His perseverance was definitely impressive.

A group of people on the sofa looked on, feeling the pain of each fall. Frank chuckled lightly and said, "Your resilience is truly not wasted. Clearly, it was all in the genes."
