Turning Of The Tide (Natalie and Trevon) novel Chapter 642

When Chris walked to his villa, Stella's car happened to turn into the courtyard from outside.

The siblings entered the house one after another. Because Stella was in a bad mood after being scolded by his brother in the afternoon, she quickly walked to her brother's side and bumped Chris's shoulder with her shoulder. She was furious.

Chris was in a good mood and did not argue with her.

Noticing the commotion at the door, Mr. and Mrs. Yamin turned to look. Their son's clothes reminded Angie of the young couple she had seen during her walk. Why were their clothes so similar?

"Chris, where were you just now?" Although Angie was certain that the person just now was not her son, she still wanted to take a chance.

Chris wouldn't lie. "I just came back."

Angie automatically translated to him coming back from the hospital. She sighed and felt that she was indeed overthinking. Stella started sharing the gossip as soon as she entered. "Mom, there's something I don't know if I should tell you. It's a little big. Do we have any quick-acting heart pills at home?"

Angie and Charlie frowned when they saw their daughter's expression that she couldn't resist sharing. They could not help but look at their son. They felt that it had something to do with their son. Chris was puzzled. "What does it have to do with me?"

The next second, Angie said, "Is your brother going to become a monk?"

Chris was speechless. Since when was he going to become a monk? He had just kissed someone.

"No, no. Ms. March has a boyfriend. Today, Ms. March boyfriend sent a huge bouquet of flowers to the front desk of the company. I carried it up with a colleague. The card says 'boyfriend'."

Stella carefully stared at his mother, afraid that she would faint from anger in the next second. She pulled her brother to sit down beside her and prepared to save her at any time.

Not only was Angie dumbfounded, but even Charlie was stunned. At the same time, he looked at his daughter, wanting to find an answer.

During this period of time, the entire family had taken turns to act out the script that they had written. It was all for Leia and Chris. In the end, before the scene ended, she already had a boyfriend in advance. Wouldn't all their previous plans be in vain?

Angie was so angry that she almost vomited blood and almost couldn't breathe. She maintained her gossipy expression on the face. "Ms. March already has a boyfriend so quickly. Didn't she not have one back in Sapphire City?"

Stella was still considered her brotherhood. She did not tell her that her brother had gone to the company in the morning, nor did she bring up that her brother was rejected. She said, "Yes."

She only nodded affirmatively.

Charlie shook his head when he heard this. In the end, Chris was too slow. They were not fated. It seemed that he had to continue being single.

On the other hand, when the whole family's mood fell to the bottom of the lake, Chris was very happy in his heart. The corners of his mouth were curled into a smile. This scene made Angie even angrier. "Look, Ms. March already has a boyfriend. You're an old leftover man without a girlfriend. How can you smile?"

Chris asked, "Are the two related?"

Angie: "How is it not related? How long has it been since Ms. March had a relationship since she came to Athana? You're born and raised in Athana and you're still single. Continue being single."

"Don't wear this tomorrow. It doesn't match you." He didn't have the ability of a young man, but he still wore the same clothes as a young man.

Hearing this, Chris looked down at his jacket and didn't think there was anything wrong with it. "What's wrong with my jacket?"

Angie was covered in thorns and possessed by a hedgehog. "No problem. I don't like it." She could think of the young man who kissed in a second, but she was envious that he was not her son.

Chris was speechless. This reason was too overbearing. He couldn't possibly run around naked.

Stella sighed in her heart. She pitied her brother too much. He was rejected in the morning, and at night, he was scolded by his biological mother.

The next morning.

Chris got up half an hour early to dress up. He stood in front of the wardrobe and looked at it for a long time. At first, he took a gray collarless sweater and put it on. After putting it on, he stood in front of the mirror and looked at it. He felt that it was not appropriate and changed to a white sweater. He looked at it and felt that the white one looked clean.

Next, it was time to choose a jacket. He tried everything from dark to light colors. In the end, he put on the first gray one. Then, he struggled between the jeans and the sweater. Should he wear dark blue or black?

He started to try it on again. He put it on and took it off. He put it on and took it off. He repeated it over and over again. Finally, he wore a macaroni white sweater, a dark gray coat, black sweatpants, and sneakers.

Perhaps it was because he had wasted some time putting on his clothes, or perhaps it was because Leia missed him, so she stood at the entrance of the Yamins' Villa a few minutes earlier.

When Chris came out, he saw Leia wearing a white down jacket, gray pants, and a pair of black sneakers standing at the entrance of the villa. She lowered her head and kicked the fallen leaves under her feet.

He jogged over and gave her an apologetic look. "Sorry I'm late."

Leia looked up and glanced at the handsome man who was dressed up. It turned out that once he had someone he liked, he would subconsciously pay attention to his image. She smiled. "It's fine. I just arrived too."
