Turning Of The Tide (Natalie and Trevon) novel Chapter 703

At night, in the Roberts' Villa.

Frank sat on the sofa with his legs slightly open. He placed one hand on Ava's waist and the other on his lap casually. Ava was helping to treat the wound on his face. Nona stood beside her mother to help. Her eyes were filled with tears and her heart ached so much that she was about to drop little pearls.

Her gaze was fixed on her father's dark eyes without blinks. She was like a panda. Nona pursed her beautiful lips without saying a word and frowning.

Ava, who could take charge of the company, had already expected this day to come. It was just that it was a little early. She acted as calm as Grace. She was afraid that Frank would hurt, so when she treated the wound, she even blew gently at his eyes. The breeze was like a feather, making Frank feel numb.

Ava bent down slightly and leaned closer. She said softly, "Bear with it. It might hurt a little."

Frank was more tolerant. This bit of pain was nothing. When he fought back then, he did not even cry out when his hand was broken. "It's okay, it doesn't hurt."

Afraid that his daughter would worry, he turned to his daughter and said, "Daddy is really fine. I'll be fine in a few days."

Cyril, who was sitting alone in the distance, did not seem to be his biological son. He was leisurely peeling oranges and stuffing them into his mouth one by one, hiding a smile.

Frank had long noticed this little cover-up. Even Grace saw it. Afraid that her grandson would be scolded, she took away the orange in Cyril's hand. "It's about time. You've eaten four. If you eat any more, it will be bad for your stomach. Go up and do your homework."

Cyril was about to say that he wanted to eat another one. It was rare to see his father in such a bad state. It was as if the sun had risen from the west. When he looked up, he met his father's cold gaze.

As expected, the coldness was not decided by whether his eyes were black or not. Even if he turned into a panda, he was still more intimidating. Feeling the blatant intimidation, Cyril's back stiffened and his butt felt a little itchy. He quickly stood up. "Dad, I'm going to do my homework."

William checked the undercurrents between the father and son and quickly echoed, "Go on, write seriously."

Grace glared at William. William shrugged and smiled ingratiatingly.

When Cyril reached the third step, Frank reminded him coldly, "Last month's monthly exam results weren't ideal. You're still far from your goal. I don't plan to send you a car to get there."

"Cough, cough, cough..." Hearing that, Cyril choked on his father's sharp words. His saliva was stuck in his throat and he could not swallow it. He replied helplessly, "Got it."

Frank could tell from his son's back that the brat wanted to pull out his oxygen tube when he was old.

After treating his injuries, Ava asked, "Has Hackett calmed down?"

"Don't worry, he's not as pumped up as a pufferfish."

Grace glanced at the wound on her son's face and reminded him lightly, "If you've done it again, don't do it again and again. It's easy to hurt your feelings."

"Hackett and Trevon didn't prepare to have the third children, so there won't be anymore." Frank threw his back on the sofa, moved his shoulders, and said seriously.

Grace, William, Ava, and Nona were all speechless.

Nona sat on her Dad's left, and Ava sat on Frank's right.

Seeing that everyone was looking at him, Frank crossed his legs. His posture was still very handsome as long as one did not look at that eye. He changed the topic and asked William, "Have you dealt with the tampons?"

William replied, "Yes, I've already asked Tom and Benjamin to distribute them."

Ava was working at the company today. When she left, the ten boxes of tampons were still in the courtyard. When she returned, she started to treat Frank's wounds and forgot to ask. She asked, "Did you sell them?"

Nona did not know what her parents were talking about. When Jasper sent the things over in the morning, she and Cyril had already gone to school. When they returned, the tampons had already been sold.

However, when parents were discussing a problem, the child could not interrupt casually. Nona had always been very good at this. Her grandmother's family was the same, so she only listened quietly.

Grace couldn't be bothered to say how they dealt with them. She shook her head and walked to the kitchen to pour a glass of water.

William was a little embarrassed to say it, so he could only let Frank say it. Meanwhile, Ava was also looking at Frank, waiting for an answer. His lips curled up slightly. Perhaps he felt that his way of handling it was a little strange, so he patted the head of his daughter, who had been looking at him. "I sent them to the bodyguards."

"You've sent them to the bodyguards. They won't need it."

Upon hearing this, Ava's reflexive voice became louder. What was the use of giving these to bodyguards?

Noticing the surprise on Ava's face, Frank smiled and answered seriously, as if it was a routine operation. "I told Tom and Benjamin that if they have a girlfriend, take more. If they don't have a girlfriend, stock up less."

Seeing his daughter's confusion, Frank explained and tidied his daughter's ponytail dotingly. "Your brother sent tampons this morning. I gave them to the bodyguards."

Nona was speechless.

After hearing this, Ava knew that this was Frank's usual operation. In the past, when he sent bodyguards milkshakes or fruits, Frank also said that they could drink more and eat more according to their capacities. However, sanitary pads were different. It was not good to operate like this. "Frank, isn't this not good?"

Frank felt that it was alright. William agreed. "It's quite good. This can also increase the relationship between couples. It means that boys are meticulous. Perhaps they can even get praise from their girlfriends when they bring them back."

Ava asked, "What about those who don't have a girlfriend? Do they use them for themselves?"

Nona did not comment or interrupt. Her father had his own way of handling things. It was not something a child like her could understand. She just had to study hard.

When Jasper returned, it was already 2 a.m. He was already quite busy. Now that his father said that he needed to leave his hands for a few days, Jasper was even busier.

As soon as he pushed open the door, the study room door opened. Trevon was forced to go home and sleep by Natalie in the afternoon. He could not fall asleep now. The aftereffects, his eyes hurt, and the corners of his mouth hurt. He could only wait for Natalie to fall asleep and come to the study room to help his son share some work.

Hearing a voice behind him, Jasper slowly turned his head. When he saw his father walking towards him, Jasper's expression changed. In just a few seconds, he knew how his father's face was injured.

When Trevon approached, Jasper, who had been silent for a while, said with mixed emotions, "Dad, thank you."

Upon hearing this, Trevon stopped in his tracks and stopped in front of his son. The two of them were the same height, but there was a difference in their ages. Their temperaments were similar. "I'm your father. If I don't help you today, I'm afraid your grandpa will wake me up and change my place when I enter the coffin."

Seeing the guilt in his son's eyes, Trevon raised his hand and patted his son's shoulder. He said in a relaxed tone, "What are you being pretentious for? The Wilson family is not pretentious. Sophia and Olivia are not as pretentious as you. Alright, go to sleep."

Jasper stood where he was and did not move. His gaze landed on Trevon's face. "Dad, let me help you apply the medicine again. There's blood at the corner of your mouth."

Originally, Trevon wanted to refuse, but he could tell from his son's eyes that Jasper wanted to do something for him. In the end, he agreed and pretended to be very casual. "Alright, since I can't sleep anyway, come to the study."
