"Yes, Mr. Wood."
Raindrops were crackling on the windows, and the wipers were working non-stop.
The sudden violent wind and rain in the dark night looked particularly terrifying.
However, the inside of the car was like another world, quiet and warm.
"Shawn..."
"What's the matter? Sleepy? Hungry? Still cold?" he quickly responded.
Gale shook her head. "Neither. I found that you always like to do things but don't like to talk about them."
Some men would talk about it more than ten times if they had done something.
As for him, he did great things without saying anything.
Shawn would never tell Gale how much he had paid and sacrificed for her.
He has always only done, not said.
Use his way and behavior to protect her.
It was like...he was just playing around with Winnie for the sake of Nicole. He did it alone for such a big matter.
Like, he held an umbrella for her, got himself wet, and protected her from a drop of water.
"There's nothing to say. It's only natural for a man to protect his beloved woman," Shawn replied.
He had always been a man of few words.
Shawn believed that a man's love should not be just words but be proved by actual actions!
So to judge whether a man loves a woman, don't look at what he says, but look at what he does!
Gale smiled, "It's a shame, Shawn. There are some things you do that others can't see."
"If you can't see it, you can't see it. I don't do things for others to see."
