Unbreakable Love His Passion for Her Transcends Death novel Chapter 393

While they were in the car, Noah kept his head down and didn't dare to say a word.

Yvette had never been so furious before. She didn't ask him anything and was waiting for him to speak first. Xavier was also in the car. He called Mark and told him to call the search off.

When they arrived home, Xavier went to work. Then, Noah started acting coyly. "I'm sorry, Mom. I just wanted to see you and Mr. Xavier. That was why I went there," he apologized coyly.

Whenever he said he was sorry, Yvette would go soft on him and forgive him. However, she remained cold this time.

Noah started feeling anxious, and he didn't know what to do at all. Just as he was about to head upstairs and seek Viola's help, Yvette said, "Hold it."

He stopped in his tracks obediently. "Mom, I really know what I did wrong now."

"Are you sure you only wanted to see me and Mr. Xavier?" she suddenly asked.

Noah's pupils constricted a little. "I know I was wrong, Mom. I'm sorry."

Yvette didn't go soft on him as she looked at his pale face. "If you dare to leave the house alone again, I'm not going to look for you anymore," she said.

That was when he realized she was truly angry at him, and he hurriedly nodded. "It won't happen again. I promise."

All he could do at the hospital was have chemotherapy and take medicine. He really didn't want to be alone.

"Shall I return to the hospital today, Mom?" he asked softly.

When she heard him mention the hospital, she couldn't help feeling bad for him. "Be good, Noah. Just wait a little longer, and we'll be able to have the surgery soon."

"Alright." Noah nodded and hugged Yvette. He was glad to find out that she still cared about him and that she wasn't going to abandon him.

That afternoon, Yvette sent Noah back to the hospital. When the doctor was done examining him, Yvette remembered how Noah had said he wanted to see Xavier.

She couldn't help asking, "Noah, do you like Mr. Xavier?"
