Uncle's Love: My Sweet Little Wife novel Chapter 154

When he came out of the library, James was surrounded by cold air.

Kara knew that she had caused trouble and did not dare to speak. She was extremely obedient.

"When you see him in the future, go around."

James suddenly ordered. She was so scared that the food dropped. She stared at the food on the table in a daze. It was a bit of a pity.

"We are just common friends." She whispered.

"Little fool, from the beginning, Eli approached you with other motives. Who knows what he will do as your common friend?" James was angry because he wanted her to stay away from Eli.

"But he is your cousin. He..." Kara frowned.

"This doesn't matter. Stay away from him!" James suppressed his anger and said with coldness.

Kara didn't know how to reply.

Anything he said was right!

She could only nod in agreement. Just as she was about to pick up other dishes, she saw a pair of chopsticks picking up the dishes and placing them in her bowl.

She turned around in surprise and stared at James in shock.

"You... do not like..."

He didn't like others to serve food for her. But he could do it?

"Little fool, you'd better keep your words!" James' expression was cold.

Kara puffed her cheeks. This man was really domineering.

She was not familiar with Eli, and if he insisted on closing her, she would avoid him if she could.

But Eli was his cousin, and she was his fiancée. She and Eli could not avoid meeting each other. What could she do?

With a bit of anger, she deliberately picked up the dishes that he usually disliked and put them into his bowl.

Sure enough, his expression changed. He stared at the dishes in the bowl with a gloomy expression, as if he wanted to smash the bowl.

Kara was just angry with him and did it quickly. Now, looking at his gloomy and terrifying face, she was so scared that her hands trembled.

"Well, I'll get you another bowl of rice."

She reached out with trembling hands, wanting to take his dinner away.

"I haven't finished eating yet. Why are you serving me rice?" James squeezed her little hand.

Kara stared at him with her big, unblinking eyes, watching as he forcefully endure something and ate the food she had given her.

"James, if you don't like it, don't eat it."

She was frightened with his forced expression, afraid that he would flip the table in the next moment.

"We will live together in the future. I can tolerate this kind of thing."

He spoke extremely seriously, as if this was a ritual that if he passed this test, he would be with her forever.

In her surprised eyes, he ate the dishes and drank a whole cup of water.

Kara gulped and finally realized that he had a very serious obsession with cleanliness in this aspect!

As if she had found a weakness in him, she felt a little excited.

In the evening, Nolan came to the villa with a computer bag in his hand.

"Mr. James, the computer you asked me to prepare has been assembled." Nolan handed the box to James.

James took the laptop bag and opened it. It was an extremely thin notebook computer. The packaging was pink and obviously not for himself.

He turned on the computer and checked the programs inside. Almost done. He raised his eyebrows slightly when he saw that Nolan was still there.

"Anything?"

"Yes," Nolan coughed lightly. It was obvious not a good thing.

"Kathleen escaped from the mental hospital and ran to Madam Hemming. Madam Hemming handed her over to Emily to handle. I was worried that Emily wanted to make an issue of this matter."

James closed the computer and pondered for a second. He had expected Kathleen to cause trouble from the beginning.

"I know. Find someone to keep a close eye on her."

Not long after Nolan left, James heard a knock on the door again. He smiled, but did not speak.

"James, are you busy now?"

Kara quietly opened the door, stretched out half of her head, and blinked, clearly somewhat fawning.
