Suddenly a woman was screaming, and the woman tried to snatch James' phone.

"Turn off the lights."

The woman shouted in a hoarse voice.

James saw someone running towards him, and his hand was grabbed by the woman's long nails. He instinctively grabbed her hand and kicked her in the stomach.

The woman fell to the ground in pain and cried out. She kept telling James to turn off the lights.

James ignored her but searched in the room with lights. He saw Kara faint in the corner.

Kara's hair was messy, and her clothes were torn apart. Pearls were scattered on the ground, and there were several harsh finger marks on Kara's face.

James ran to Kara. His fingers trembled as he touched Kara's face.

"Kara."

Kara closed her eyes, and there was still some blood at the corner of her mouth. James was extremely distressed.

James didn't mind at all and kissed Kara's lips. He took off his coat and covered Kara with it. He bent down and picked her up in his arms.

"Nolan, tie this woman up and take her away!"

"Yes, sir."
