Kathleen stopped the car. She intended to walk towards James so that she could get closer to him.

However, James ignored her and took Kara into the villa. Seeing this, Kathleen stamped her feet in anger.

Turning around, she saw Nolan staring at her with a faint smile. Kathleen gritted her teeth and decided that the first thing she would do after she became the mistress of the SA Group was to fire Nolan!

The servants of the Quains were serving the dishes for dinner. Although Sophia let Kathleen call Kara over, she didn't set Kara's bowl on the table.

Sophia had her plan. She would hold a birthday banquet for Kara and let Kara give out her shares in the company.

At the banquet, Sophia was going to announce that Adam was the new president of the Quain Group, rather than the deputy vice president.

If Kara did not agree to hold the banquet, she would seek help from Linda. She would beat Kara.

"Welcome to the Quain's. We are honored to have Mr. James here. Kathleen will be very happy to see you. She is looking forward to it every day."

As soon as she was done with it, Kathleen walked in. Sophia saw her swollen cheek.

"Who hit you?"

Seeing Kathleen's face, Linda stamped her cane and asked directly.

"It was an accident. Kara hit into another car when driving to look for me." Kara completed Kathleen's words.

Kathleen glared at her. She hadn't expected that the invalid became so smart these days.

"Kathleen, I heard that the female drivers are especially dangerous now. You should be careful." Kara was still so caring.

Kathleen was crying on Linda's shoulder. She was mad at Kara!

"Don't cry, Kathleen. You should be careful when driving." Touching Kathleen's head, Linda was worried.

"Kathleen, let the driver drive from now on. What if there's another accident and ruins your face?"

"Grandma, I'm fine."

Kathleen stopped crying. Since she could not find her grandmother to revenge on Kara, she could only find another chance.
