Julian glanced at Alexander and said, “Sit down and wait.” Then Alexander sat down. Tony was annoyed and glared at Julian. Then Tony snorted and sat down. Alexander’s phone rang again. It was from the subordinate in Horington. Julian pressed the button and put it on speaker. The subordinate reported, “Mr. Parks, Bethany Langdon said that she used barium to protect her flowers against bees in the garden.”
Julian glanced at Abigail and said into the phone, “Oh, protect her flowers against bees? Isn’t she afraid of poisoning the plants?” Abigail looked away to avoid Julian’s gaze. She was afraid that she would look nervous. Thus, Abigail changed her mind and looked at Julian. Abigail quickly looked away when she looked at Julian in his eyes. It seemed that his eyes could see through anything. Abigail felt increasingly uncomfortable. Alexander asked, “Julian, what’s going on?” Hearing Bethany and barium, Alexander sensitively noticed that Abigail had become the suspect again..
“We’ll have a result soon!” Julian said. Alexander looked at Abigail coldly. Alexander said inside, “I will kill her if she really tired to murder my grandpa.” Tony looked at Abigail and questioned, “Why does your mother have barium?” Abigail replied, “I don’t know. Maybe someone told her some tips. She likes to plant flowers. Maybe she uses barium to protect her flowers against bees and mosquitoes.”
Abigail thought, “Mom said that she used barium for flower protection. Therefore, I can’t mention creating facial masks with barium again.” Julian asked, “Oh? So no more facial masks?” His cold tone was filled with mockery. “Barium can be applied to many fields,” replied Abigail Barton. Tony shouted, “Did you try to kill your grandpa?” Abigail immediately stood up and raised her hand to swear, “Dad, I didn’t. I swear, I really didn’t…” Julian’s phone rang again. He glanced at Abigail and picked it up.
The subordinate who investigated the waitress reported, “That waitress confessed. She wasn’t an old man’s mistress. Someone gave her 5 thousand dollars in cash and asked her to add something to the teacup. To differentiate the teacup, the person used a blue pen to mark the edge of the cup with poison.” Hearing this, Abigail’s face turned pale. Abigail shouted inside, “It’s over. It’s all over!” Julian glanced at Abigail and was going to check the cup he brought back. The appraisal team immediately brought the cup over. They said excitedly. “This place is blue. It’s not conspicuous.” Julian said into the phone, “Keep an eye on that waitress. No one can escape!”
