They had driven around the block for a while, but Coco hadn't shown any reaction. Jensen called Magnus again, and he gradually lost his patience.

"Where do you live? If you don't tell me, I can only drop you off at the police station."

Coco was frightened when she heard Magnus saying "police station". She didn't want anything to do with that place. "No, no! Please don't! I don't have a home! I'm telling you the truth!"

She explained and she cried again.

Magnus felt so guilty seeing the girl crying, but he had to return to his company to deal with business stuff. Therefore he took her back to his company. In the parking lot, he warned her, "Behave yourself or I'll call the police. Don't you dare get out of the car until I get back, do you understand?"

Coco's eyes were still brimmed with tears. She looked at him gratefully as if he were her savior. Then she nodded.

Seeing the girl been so obedient, Magnus took his documents and went upstairs.

Coco tried hard to make herself forget what she saw. She tried to imagine she was still in a happy family. Every day her mother greeted her at the door with a smile, and then her dad hugged them when he was back from work. They used to make such a sweet family.

With that in her mind, she fell asleep. That day was exhausting, especially due to her period.

Magnus had totally left Coco behind. He was surprised when he came back and opened the door. Somebody was waiting for him inside, he realized.

This was giving Magnus a headache. It was a very exhausting day for him too, and he still had to deal with the little girl when he was off work. He called Jensen and wanted him to handle this, but it was already too late.

As he took out his phone, he glanced at the girl in the front seat. She was young and beautiful, with a face any teenager boy would dream of. Her body had generous curves, which was much more mature than those at her age.

Coco then woke up. She knew she had been sleeping for quite a while. Her neck and legs felt so sore. Sleeping in a car was really uncomfortable. The cold man kept her waiting for so long.
