In fact, there were signs of Kemp having feelings for Elinor years ago.
When Kemp was transferred to their high school, Victor thought Kemp was Elinor's sidekick. He mocked them for a long while. He later on found out that Kemp was Elinor's younger brother.
Is he a genuine Sue?
Of course not.
He is just a son adopted by Quincy.
Victor's eyes gradually darkened, staring at Kemp. Looking at Kemp infuriated, Elinor comforted him, "There, there. Don't take Kaliyah's words seriously. She's straightforward."
Kemp was silent.
Elinor said, "Well, let's go back, I won't hang out with Kaliyah."
Kaliyah paused, even Kemp was surprised. He looked up, stunned.
"You are right. I have drunk. I really shouldn't hang out at night." Elinor slowed her flow of speaking. "Let's go back."
Kaliyah pulled Elinor, "Don't! Elinor, you won't want to leave me behind! We agreed to hang out tonight. I even called a handsome boy over for you!"
Listening, Elinor immediately smiled, "Really? How handsome is he?"
"Elinor, mates should be before dates!"
Kaliyah grabbed Elinor's arm, while Kemp, who listened, immediately shouted, "What! You hang out simply because a handsome boy is also coming?"
