"So straightforward?"
Jarvis looked at Victor and could vaguely perceive his anxiety now. Although Victor has tried very hard to restrain his emotions, in his eyes...
There were faint flames flashing.
"She was specially trained here just a while ago, wasn't she?"
Victor looked around again. "I knew."
"It's too late to know by now."
Jarvis knew Victor's current mood. He said calmly. "If you didn't come here as soon as you knew, you are late."
Victor gritted his teeth.
"Was all the news intercepted?" Jarvis said, "There are not many people who can intercept your signal, but there are people trying to block the signal, you can't know a word."
He admitted that he was involved in blocking Elinor's signal.
Victor was infuriated. "Why?"
"There is no reason. You don't belong to each other. I believe you must have repeatedly considered this many times."
Jarvis said, "You can't get an answer from me."
Victor stepped forward, "Someone must have said something..."
"All along, everyone knew."
Jarvis said indifferently. "After so many years, your had not improved at all. Almost everyone knows it. So, there is no need for you to continue."
Victor can't always drag Elinor down. She has her own life, and it's time for her to find a new direction.
"So you might as well go back."
Jarvis smiled. "Of course, if you have to stay for dinner, it is ok."
