No one has seen his current look, as panicky as a child who can't find his way home.
He didn't know what was wrong with him. He just can't hide his panic anymore. He clenched his fingers but could only feel his weakness.
"Dad..."
Driving silently, Dixon heard his son's call.
He turned sideways at Victor who was staring at him with his dark eyes. Victor asked, "When you argued with Mom, would you..."
Would you be so nervous?
If he closed his eyes, Elinor's desperate eyes flashed in his mind.
How much did she suffer so that she showed such a look?
He poked himself in the chest, unable to make a complete sentence.
Here, his chest, it was so heartbroken that he almost died.
Elinor rested at him. The Yates family once went to apologize, but they were stopped by Kemp.
"My sister is not available. Please come next time."
A bottle of cola in hand, Kemp sipped it leisurely, leaning against the door. "The last person who made trouble here had been arrested by the police. Do you wanna try it?"
Shawn was so angry about Kemp's attitude. "I come to apologize. Don't push your luck."
Kemp was amused by his words. "For the first time, I see a so arrogant perpetrator."
Behind Shawn was Jarvis' angry face. "Shawn Yates."
