Victor finally went back to his room. Sonia choked up and said to Carl, "Thank you."
Although it was just an act, she should thank him for help her.
She really couldn't tell Victor that his uncle was dead by herself.
Carl's expression was as indifferent as ever. "You’re welcome. Let’s just start. How many styles do you have now?"
Hearing that Carl was going to discuss things at work, Sonia quickly cleared up her emotions, turned on her computer. They gathered at the dining table to seriously discuss the design scheme. Carl also brought his own USB flash drive, and they unified their styles during the time, then initiated a video conference with several other colleagues.
Carl stayed at Sonia's home until the evening. When it was time for dinner, Queenie came out of the room and was shocked when she saw Carl. "Wow!
Dear Carl, why are you here!"
Carl frowned. "Don't call me like that..."
"Oops!" Queenie passed Carl directly and said to Sonia, "This is the handsome designer I said last time. I didn't expect you to get to know each other so quickly."
Carl added briefly, "Just so-so. We are not very familiar with each other."
"Since you are here, let's eat together at night."
Queenie went to the bathroom and applied a mask. "I'm taking her son to a big meal at night..."
Carl didn't refuse, but responded generously. When he looked back, his eyes passed Sonia's side face, stayed on her slender neck for half a second, and then quickly moved away.
It was surprising that she had already had a son.
Dixon didn't expect to meet Sonia in the mall.
Although she didn't notice him at all.
What's more, there was a man like Eaton beside her!
