Dixon has been guarded Sonia by her side for a month. And at the end of the month, she woke up from the dark abyss. The first thing she saw was the dazzling sunshine. She lay in bed blankly, and the sunlight reflected into her pupils. Sonia felt like she was a newborn who has just come to this world ignorantly.
Then, she slightly moved her finger, and her perception spread all over her body. At first, it was an acceptable tingling pain, but later it became more and more severe. Then her whole body was in severe pain. Turns out that the feeling of coming back to life is so vivid. Sonia frowned, and a child around her jumped up. "Mommy! You're awake!"
Seeing Victor in front of her, Sonia opened her mouth, but her voice was so hoarse that she could not make a sound. She felt that her mind was still in chaos, and her language talent had not returned to her consciousness.
Victor cried out before her. "Mommy... you finally woke up."
For this whole month, Sonia has lost too much weight, and every day she relied on the intravenous injection of nutrition to survive.
Victor ran outside and shouted at doctors and nurses. When the medical staff came in, they saw Sonia sitting on the bed like a child. Everyone was pleasantly surprised. "Great! She woke up."
It happened that Lenard and Dixon were talking about things when a little nurse rushed in. "Dr. Lenard, the patient in the second VIP room woke up!"
Dixon's heart suddenly lost its usual rhythm. Then he stood up and rushed out before Lenard. He seemed to have experienced an ecstasy of lost and found. He couldn't wait to open the door of the independent ward.
The moment he looked up, he looked into Sonia's eyes. And the whole world went backwards behind him. He saw the woman with a pale face and dark eyes. She lost so much weight that her face looked even smaller. She was clenching the quilt on her body tightly and staring at him in consternation.
Then, three words came out from Sonia. "Who are you?"
Dixon stood in place as if he were struck by lightning, and the whole person did not dare to move.
