"Maria's daughter is yours."
Dixon dropped another bombshell. Quincy stood in place like he was hit by a thunderstorm. He mumbled incredulously, "What did you say?"
"Maria's daughter is yours."
Dixon repeated, in an even colder tone than before. "Unfortunately, the girl's surname is Borris."
Quincy wanted to splash the wine on this arrogant man's face.
"Are you serious?"
Quincy's voice trembled a little. He subconsciously said, "God, I didn't even know she was pregnant."
"Congratulations to you, and to me. She set up a one-night stand with me once she knew she was pregnant, misleading me to think the baby was mine."
Dixon wasn't sure whom he was mocking, "It's pretty cool. The child is yours, but the last name is mine. I wonder who was the third wheel."
It was so funny to say that.
The two of them were being played around by Maria.
"So why don't you deal with her?"
"Because, on her own, she couldn't have done this."
Dixon frowned, "There's someone else behind her. I need to draw them out."
"Well..." Quincy stood up in a flash, "I want to see my daughter."
"Sadly, she calls me Daddy."
"You fucking..." Quincy went up and grabbed Dixon by the collar, "Why didn't you tell me earlier? Hmm? I'm taking her to get a paternity test!"
