Haider Evans struggled as he closed his eyes. When he opened them again, his pupils were already blood-red!
Avril, on the other hand, kept her head low as she was trying to deal with her wound. She was not aware of anything.
Haider opened his mouth and exposed his fangs. In a minute, he lurched forward and reached for her neck...
Avril finally stopped the bleeding. As she heaved a sigh of relief, she felt something strange from behind. She turned her head and got a big shock!
What was Haider doing?
Haider had both his hands on the bed, and he was crouching like a cheetah. He looked at her with an unusual wide grin, as if she was his prey.
"What are you doing?!" Avril shoved at him.
Was he so addicted to teasing her and now he wanted to scare her with a horrific look?
Haider withdrew his expression, pretending to be relaxed and asked, "You teased me first! Why can't I do the same thing to you?"
D*mn it! He was so close to have hurt her!
"I..." Avril felt a little awkward. "So he knew that I cooked that 'awful' dish on purpose?" she thought.
She looked at Haider with guilt. "I didn't mean it."
Haider raised his hand, gently tapped Avril's hair, and said, "I know."
Then he stood up and walked to the door. "You can be assured that I won't do anything to you without your consent, but don’t be naughty anymore. By the way, Angie and I are not like what you think. We weren't serious about our relationship."
Avril stared at the closed door blankly for quite some time. She then gathered her thoughts and realized, "Something is wrong! He still did take advantage of me!"
