“Tadale City” 

Troy’s voice came from the other end of the line, making Audrey narrow her eyes 

“I’m going over,” she said. 

With the Callahan family’s status in fadale Caty, as long as there were clues, it would not be cult to find some City by searching online, though it might take some effort. 

After all, Mr. Callahan’s reputation is well–earned and has real value, Audrey thought

She hung up the phone and changed into a simple set of clothes. Then, she casually packed two sets of outfits and walked out of the room. 

She happened to see Lucas, who was coming out of Brian’s room and intending to return to his own room. 

“Mommy, where are you going?” he asked. 

Lucas’s cold and tender face scrunched up slightly 

Audrey caressed his head and said. “I have something to do in Ladale City. I’ll be back in two days. Be good with Brian” 

“Be careful then. Be sure to tell me if anything comes up 

Lucas was a little worried about his mother going to Ladale City alone. 

“Got it, little butler!” Audrey pinched Lucas’s cheek and went downstairs with her luggage. 

Just as Audrey’s car pulled away from the Holland residence, it encountered Dylan’s car. 

After the car window was wound down, Dylan looked at Audrey and asked with a hint of coldness in his voice. Where are you going?” 

Audrey gave Dylan a glance with a cold expression and said, “I have something to attend to. I’m going to ladale City” 

“Get in the car. I’ll send you there. It happens that there’s something I want to tell you.” 

Dylan frowned slightly before looking at Audrey. 

Audrey thought for a moment. Then, she got out of the car. 

Dylan glanced at his subordinate, who immediately got out of the car, respectfully took Audrey’s luggage from her, and placed 

it in the trunk. 

Audrey directly opened the backseat door and got in. The door was closed. Just as Dylan was about to wound up the window his gaze unintentionally shifted. He then saw a figure standing by the window on the second floor. 

A small figure frowned and stared coldly at Dylan with his lips tightly pursed. 

An adult man and a little boy exchanged a silent glance before the car window was wound up again. 

“Head to the airport, Dylan said. 

Upon instructing his subordinate, he immediately lowered the partition between the front and back seats. 

The space was immediately left with just Dylan and Audrey 

“Have you bought the plane tickets?” 

Initially, Dylan was still filled with frustration. At the thought that Audrey would rather play games with another man than reply to his messages, he felt an indescribable sense of irritation 

But at this moment, as he saw her right in front of him, all his frustration and anger disappeared. 

Even sitting together quietly like this was a luxury that Dylan had never had before.

Audrey replied indifferently. “Not yet. I’ll buy it at the airport.”

Dylan’s cold and handsome face became even colder when he thought of the series of assassination attempts that Audrey had faced recently.

The seats that Dylan asked Richard to arrange were first–class seats.
