Chapter 1073
After the pleasurable moment, Elliot led Sheena downstairs and opened the basement door.
After a night of renovation, the inside had changed entirely.
The flooring was made of a special material, soft enough to cushion falls, and the entire wall was covered in protective green padding.
Gone was the clutter and mess. Instead, two sturdy punching bags were hanging from the calling, along with various tools for Sheena to release her anger without harming herself or anyone else.
Moreover, the basement door was reinforced with heavy metal, ensuring it would not easily open. However, Elliot also added a layer of special cushioning to the door to prevent Sheena from hurting herself during her manic episodes.
In one corner, there was a low bed with the softest bedding, pillows, and a mattress.
Sheena could feel Elliot’s love and care emanating from every corner.
Elliot held her hand tightly, fingers interlocked.
“Nana, you’ll sleep here tonight, and I’ll wait outside the door. If you’re lucky enough not to have an episode, I’ll carry you back to our room to sleep. If you do, I’ll wait for you to calm down before taking you to the lab for treatment. How does that sound?”
It was the best option to try, as it would not hurt Elliot, and Sheena would not have to resort to self–harm
with handcuffs.
“I love this arrangement. Thank you, Honey,” Sheena replied gratefully.
She tiptoed and kissed Elliot’s face as if she could not get enough.
Elliot held her hand, his obsidian eyes filled with tenderness as he looked at the bandages on her wrist.
Gently kissing the bandages, he reassured her, “The bad times will pass. No matter what happens, I’ll be by your side.”
Sheena grinned mischievously, agreeing with him in a playful tone, “Our suffering will soon be over, but
someone else’s nightmare is about to begin.”
She hinted at something, her eves
gleaming with a vengeful light.
After leaving the basement, Sheena drove to the Lawson Group as usual.
Over the past few days, she had sent many trusted aides to disrupt Anne’s cooperation, and it was time to close the net.
As the saying goes, what goes around comes around; someone was about to experience the pain of impending doom.
As soon as Sheena settled into her office chair, there was a quick knock on the door, and Oscar Nixon,
who had successfully secured the cooperation from Anne, entered with documents in hand.
“Ms. Lawson, this project was originally a collaboration between AN Group and TOA Industry. I’ve been working hard to persuade 704 Industry’s person in charge and finally secured the contract. More Importantly, the TOA Industry pulled out just as both parties were about to sign the agreement.”
It must be truly disheartening for Anne to think she had it in the bag, only to be intercepted at the last
moment before signing
Sheena was pleased. “Well done, please give me the details”
Oscar nodded respectfully and began to explain enthusiastically.
“That’s about it. By the way. I saw Anne leave the conference room with red eyes. It was clear she was quite angry and resentful, Ms. Lawson, your move really got her.”
Sheena inwardly scoffed; a mere collaboration was hardly anything significant.
Since Anne’s support was Paulo, she would bring down the AN Group and leave Anne with no support.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
