Kieran saw Alexa and closed the book in his hand. Kieran was to get up.

Alexa quickly stopped him.

"Don't move. You are still on a drip. I rush over after receiving a call from Clara. Are you okay?" Alexa asked as she worried about Kieran.

"I'm fine. I have been just a little exhausted recently."

Kieran stared at Alexa gently and sincerely.

"Sorry to trouble you."

"I asked the chef to prepare the lunch. Would you like to have some food?"

"Dr. Powell," Lilah smiled as if nothing had happened, "I specially made a nutritious meal for you."
