Chapter 327 An Expected Daughter
After realizing what Terrence was saying, Alexa blushed again.
"It's still early," she stammered. "Why did you think of this so early?"
"Not early enough for me," Terrence said very seriously. "These important things need to be considered in advance."
Damarion blinked his big eyes. He only knew to sit at the side and
concentrate on eating. He did not understand what the two adults were talking about at all.
Terrence pinched his cheek and smiled more gently.
And he said, "Damar resembles you in personality and eyebrows. He will be a warm gentleman in the future."
Alexa suddenly raised her hand to cover her lower abdomen with expectation in her eyes. "I had a dream last night. I feel we will have a daughter."
After hearing this, Terrence became joyful.
He could not wait to reply, "It must be a daughter, a little princess like you."
"Why do both our children resemble me?" Alexa was a little embarrassed.
But Terrence was already thinking about life after having a daughter.
"Can I braid her hair? Just like how I helped you tie your hair," he said with great anticipation.
"I'm not sure yet. It's only been two months." Alexa could not help but pull Terrence back to reality.
"All right..."
Terrence was so excited that he was a little incoherent. Finally, he kissed Alexa's hand back with tears.
"Alexa. I made you suffer again. I'm sorry."
"Why should you say sorry?"
Alexa said in a gentle tone, and she seemed calm.
The fact was that she should be the one who should be sorry.
Because she wanted to escape from the Duran family too much, she had
always regarded Terrence as a redemption.
This love might not be easy.
While thinking about this, Alexa pulled Terrence's sleeve.
"Will you be tired?"
"Why do you ask?" A trace of surprise flashed through Terrence's eyes.
"I just feel that you should be tired of loving me," Alexa said in a low voice. "All along, I have been troubling you."
"No," Terrence answered firmly without allowing a trace of doubt. "You have never been my burden."
Alexa gently curved the corners of his mouth, and she felt what was called happiness.
It was enough for her.
Terrence chatted with her for a while. And not long after, Alexa felt sleepy.
She took a nap for a moment. And when she woke up again, there was a commotion downstairs.
Yareli was bringing her dessert.
Alexa asked curiously, "Who is downstairs?"
"It's Ms. Powell. Mr. Ramsey is worried that you'll be bored, so he specially invites Ms. Powell to come here," Yareli explained with a smile.
After hearing that Clara was here, Alexa immediately got herself clean and went downstairs.
After seeing Alexa, Clara went forward and gave her a warm hug.
"Alexa, long time no see."
"Clara, how come you have time to come over today?"
Clara blinked her eyes and revealed a smile that contained a deep meaning.
"It's because of the man in your family."
"What?"
Clara had a subtle smile on her face as she reached out to touch Alexa's
lower abdomen.
"Mr. Ramsey is so distressed that he wants to make you happy every day, so
he called me over."
"He doesn't have to do that. It's not easy for us to meet. Of course, I welcome you at any time," Alexa said with an embarrassed expression.
When Alexa finished speaking, Clara tried to talk about something with
Alexa.
"My brother has already left the hospital."
"Why?" Alexa was quite surprised. "Then his manic depression..."
"The doctor has already evaluated it. It won't be a big problem."
Clara breathed a sigh of relief. She seemed to be very happy about Kieran.
"He finally has time to do what he likes."
"Yes."
A hint of relief appeared on Alexa's expression, but there was also a hint of
