We Will Collide Someday by Scarlett Sanchez novel Chapter 388

Chapter 388 To Me, She Is Very Important

“There’s nothing to thank me for,” Finley said nonchalantly, “I just happened to be off duty today.”

Thalia smiled sweetly and walked quickly to his side.

“Thank you.”

“Fine, whatever.”

Finley fastened his seat belt and played the driver.

Thalia looked at Finley’s slender fingers. She was so tempted.

“Finley, is it possible between us?”

“Sit tight.”

“Finley, give me a chance to date you.”

“I’ll send you to the Ramsey’s place first.”

“Finley, can you understand what I’m saying?” Finley said nothing.

“Finley!”

Thalia protested coquettishly, her tone full of complaint and coquetry. Her voice was soft and coy, which was completely incompatible with her usual free and tough image.

Finley gritted his teeth and frowned, unable to bear it any longer.

“Please act normal.”

“I was acting normal just now, but you didn’t listen.”

“That’s impossible. Don’t do that,” Finely said decisively.

Thalia immediately curled her lips.

“I don’t believe your words because you are now in a passion.”

Finley twitched the corners of his mouth carelessly, “People always tend to believe what they are willing to listen to. It doesn’t matter whether it is the truth or not. This is also the root of people’s bad habits.”

“Don’t talk about that crap with me.”

Thalia was not interested in listening to Finley’s lecture.

“Finley, I’ve never been loved, so I don’t know how to love someone. But please believe that I’m sincere.”

Hearing her self-proof words, Finley’s eyes flashed, and some strange emotions flooded his heart.

“You can test me too. I don’t mind, but don’t push me away.”

“Don’t speak to me like that.” Finley’s tone became much gentler.

Thalia frowned. “Why?”

“Because I am your doctor.”

As soon as he finished speaking, the car fell into silence.

Finely was even somewhat unaccustomed to it when Thalia stopped being noisy.

Finley wanted to see Thalia’s face through the rearview mirror, but just as he had this thought, he felt himself ridiculous.

He murmured in his heart, am I worried about her? How could that be… I will never cross the line.

The two of them didn’t say a word along the way.

Finley left after sending Thalia to the Ramsey’s place.

Alexa brought Thalia into the house. Rebekah and Jason were also kind to her.

“You must be hungry, little girl. I’ve asked the cook to prepare the meal. Please wait for a while and have some snacks.”

“Thank you, Mrs. Bernard.”

Thalia nodded politely, showing a good manner in every gesture.

Alexa even felt that this was what Thalia truly was like.

Now Thalia was finally willing to let down her tough and sharp guard.

“Don’t worry about Rayan. We will take care of it,” Alexa held Thalia’s hand and said.

“I didn’t expect him to be such a scumbag!” Jason cursed indignantly, “Damn bastard!”
