Avery thought she had misheard him. A child is not a product, how could she give him one in return?

Avery shuddered. She yelled hysterically, “Elliot! Have you gone nuts!”

Don’t think you can use death as an escape unless you are taking your kids with you. If you die, your kids will pay the price!”
