“A package?”

Shirley felt it strange. Was the marriage certificate of her and Mr. Quintin in the package?

However, she left her the address of her apartment. Why was the package sent to the Stewart’s house?

She glanced at Braden who was on the sofa and hesitated to speak.

“Why are you peeking at me? Is the thing in the package something you don’t want me to see?”

Braden asked Shirley with a half-smile.

The delivery guy was waiting anxiously outside the door. When he saw Shirley coming out from afar, he waved enthusiastically at her and handed a small box to Shirley. “Hello, this is your package. Please sign for it.”

Shirley took the box and looked at the address on the top. It was from the Seatle Courthouse.She turned around and was about to leave when the delivery guy stopped her.

“Wait a minute, I have a package for Mr. Stewart.”

The delivery man said and handed another box to Shirley.

“Braden’s package?”

Shirley took it with a doubtful expression.

The two boxes were about the same size, but Braden’s package did not have an address on it. She didn’t know who sent it to him

“Who cares? It has nothing to do with me.”

Shirley suppressed her strong curiosity and did not pay much attention to Braden’s package.

“Here, you have a package.”

“I want to know what is in your package.”

“This is my package. Does it have anything to do with you, you peeping tom?”

Shirley rolled her eyes at Braden and turned around, not wanting him to see what was inside.
