Chapter 86 Fainting with Frustration
Denise couldn’t accept it! The more she thought about it, the worse she felt, and gradually, she found it hard to breathe.
Though she often pretended otherwise, her health was genuinely poor–a condition she’d had since the womb.
Thinking of her biological parents only made Denise angrier; her breathing grew more labored, her vision darkened, and she passed out, gasping for air. Alone in her dorm room, she lay undiscovered for a long time until someone finally returned and rushed her to the hospital.
Sierra, oblivious to these events, saw it was about time to wrap things up; she turned off her livestream and looked towards Mr. Ricky.
“Mr. Ricky, can we now prove Mr. Yeager’s innocence?”
She wasn’t one for making scenes, but for Jonathan, she was willing to make an exception. Mr. Ricky, at this point, was speechless.
jEvan watched Sierra with a complex expression and finally couldn’t help but ask, “How do you know all this?”
Is it as I suspected? Is it because of him?
Recalling how Sierra used to desperately try to start conversations with him, which he always ignored, sometimes even telling her, ‘We have nothing to talk about. You wouldn’t understand what I say, and I’m not interested in what you have to say. Stop bothering me.
Later, he discovered that Sierra had secretly bought biochemistry books, but at the time, he hadn’t paid it much mind. So, was it because of him?
Before he could voice his question, Sierra said, “It seems my affairs have nothing to do with you; I’m under no obligation to clear your doubts.”
After speaking, Sierra didn’t wait for Evan’s reaction and turned back to Ricky.
“Mr. Ricky, you haven’t answered my question yet; can my innocence be proven now?”
Ricky finally snapped back to reality, quickly saying, “I never doubted Mr. Yeager, truly, Mr. Yeager…”
He wanted to say more, but Jonathan raised his hand, signaling him to stop, and said calmly, “Mr. Ricky, I’m aware of everything?
This made Ricky inwardly cringe; he had inadvertently offended Jonathan with his earlier remarks.
“Ricky, since there’s no issue, I suppose I can continue attending school, right?”
Ricky tried to muster a smile, but failed.
“Sierra, the school will discuss this and get back to you.”
He wasn’t the final decision–maker, after all! He feared Sierra might turn on him, but to his surprise, she didn’t make a fuss and said,
“Then I’ll await your response; hopefully, it won’t take too long.”
With that, she checked the time and prepared to leave. Evan instinctively wanted to follow, but just then, his phone rang–it was a call from Denise’s classmate, informing him that Denise had fainted and was taken to the hospital, which threw him into a panic.
“Okay, I’m on my way.”
After hanging up, he hurriedly caught up to Sierra, urgently saying, “Denny’s passed out and been taken to the hospital; let’s hurry and check on her!”

Preished
Sierra scoffed, “Mr. Evan, are you confused? What? You still think I’m the Xander family’s servant?
Back when Denise was hospitalized, Sierra was expected to be there because everyone thought she was supposed to the care of Denise, and Denise particularly liked her.
Thus, whenever Denise stayed in the hospital, Sierra had to serve. The Xander family would send loads of food, some of which Sierra liked, and she only got to eat after Denise was done,
