Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1292
“Are you sure you have never met her before?“
Celia was so stunned by Joshua’s words that her knees almost gave out. She needed to lean herself against Michael’s body for support to help her stand up normally.
“Michael, let’s go!“ She pretended not to hear what Joshua had said and quickly left the scene with Michael’s help.
Joshua could not help but curl his lips into a smirk as he watched them leave.
Did they honestly think that they had covered up their tracks so successfully that no one would ever discover their wrongdoings?
Despite this, Joshua knew that he had other more important things to deal with at the moment. After all, his mother had waited almost 30 years for the truth to be revealed, so it did not matter if she had to wait a little longer.
As soon as Granny Lynch’s problem was dealt with…he would unleash his wrath once and for all. If that happened, none of them would be able to escape!
Inside the ICU.
Because she did not receive any booster dose for the poison that Dr. Janet had administered, Luna’s condition was improving day by day.
To avoid suspicion, Dr. Janet continued to deliberately alter the machines in Luna’s room. She changed the machines’ readings to make it seem like Luna was no longer curable, both to professional doctors and ordinary folk.
“You still need to hold on for three more days, “ Dr. Janet told Luna as she fine-tuned the machines. She sighed and added, “The way Mr. Lynch looked at me just now was terrifying. Thankfully, I managed to escape. Otherwise, I ‘m afraid he might kill me if you suffer another attack.“
A pale-looking Luna lay on the bed and forced out a smile. “Is he really that scary?“
“Yes, he is.“ Dr. Janet sighed. “I have known Joshua for many years. He had approached me when Granny first fell sick, asking me to help look after her.
However, this is the first time I ever saw that look on his face… It’s too scary.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
