Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1317
Neil’s appearance made Luna and Joshua pause.
After a moment, Luna walked over to Neil’s side and squatted in front of him. She stared at the boy in the wheelchair, whose legs were still not fully recovered yet, and said, “Are you sure you want to help us find the antidote?“
Luna knew that after all the time Neil spent with Aura, he would definitely know where Aura’s hideouts were, but according to the psychiatrist that counseled Neil previously, he had suffered too much psychological trauma from Aura.
If Neil wanted to heal from the trauma, he would have to stay away from Aura, including anything to do with her. The only way for him to leave all those traumatic memories behind would be to withdraw himself from anything related to Aura.
Only after leaving all those memories behind would Neil be able to maintain a healthy headspace and find the lost memories of his past.
Because of this, Luna had tried to steer him away during this time and not let him get involved with anything to do with Aura.
However, at a critical moment like this, he decided to step up and take this responsibility.
“Yes, I’m sure.“ Neil nodded as he stared earnestly at Luna. “Even though I’ve lost the memories of my past, Nigel and Nellie both told me that Great- Granny treated me well in the past. Besides, they’re both so fond of Great-Granny; I wouldn’t want them to be sad over her passing.“
With that, he summoned all the strength in his body and forced out a grin on his pale face. “I’ve been helping Aura cause trouble to this family for such a long time now, and it’s about time I step up and do something to help. Please let me do this, Mommy.“
A surge of warmth spread through Luna’s heart when she heard this. She let out a sigh, stood up, and told Joshua to take Neil away.
To track down Aura’s hideout would not be an easy task, so neither Luna nor Joshua was willing to let Neil follow the bodyguards on his own.
Luna was a woman and therefore did not have much physical stamina for this exhausting task. On top of that, she had recently suffered an injury, so she could not go along with Neil.
Therefore, after some discussion with Joshua, they both decided that Joshua would bring Neil with him to search for the antidote while Luna remained at the hospital with Nigel and Nellie, staying with Granny Lynch.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
This just keeps getting worse, is Fiona another Hailey/Aura. Not sick just playing a game to get Joshua. Disappointing, disgusting and despicable. Luna needs to win , Joshua needs to grow a backbone and see through these horrible women. Why should Luna always be the one who is bullied, destroyed, disrespected and dismissed. Terrible. Those kids need both Luna and Joshua....
OMG no!!!! Someone needs to explain clearly to Luna so the bitterness in her heart subsides and she can truly be civil to Joshua so they can get together as a family. Fiona is unreasonable in her request for a superficial relationship, why can’t one character see the hurt that has been caused Luna and be on her side. Not a fan of Fiona and a superficial relationship even if it cures Nigel....
Totally distract over the fact that the author is spinning Luna as the evil Alice/Hailey. Hope this story line doesn’t last long and we can see a loving family Joshua,Luna and kids soon....
