Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1369
Joshua had bought out more than ten small companies in Merchant City. Every one of these companies played a part in the Landry family’s pharmaceutical and fragrance businesses.
Luna wondered about this as she recorded the names of these companies and their contact numbers from the news on the TV.
Was Joshua not there to find her? Why did he buy out so many companies related to the Landry family overnight?
It seemed as though…he was doing this to get revenge on the Landry family.
However, Luna tried to reassure herself that maybe Joshua just wanted to give the Landry family a taste of their own medicine while coming to Merchant City to find her at the same time.
After all, the Lynch and the Landry families were mortal enemies. If they found out that Joshua had arrived in Merchant City, they would stir up trouble for him.
As soon as she thought of this, Luna felt an even more compelling desire to see Joshua.
After writing down the numbers of the companies Joshua had bought out, Luna borrowed Malcolm’s phone and called them.
Some of the companies ignored her entirely, and some of them even thought she was a scammer.
Luna spent an entire morning calling the companies one by one, but none of them wanted to pass on her message to their senior management.
Luna felt a little distraught by this, but she did not give up just yet.
After lunch, she continued calling them one by one.
Malcolm’s expression dimmed when he saw how anxious Luna became. After a moment, he chuckled as he gazed at Luna’s side profile. “Why don’t I invite Joshua here as a guest?“
Luna shook her head. “I don’t want that.“
Even though Malcolm used to be the man of the household, Luna could tell that the Quinn family was becoming more and more hostile toward him ever since his accident.
He had simply stood up for her this morning, but Granny Quinn and Hunter had both looked down on him for this.
If he invited Joshua to Quinn Mansion because of her Luna did not dare imagine the consequences that would ensue from this.
However, after cold-calling multiple times, she still could not get in touch with Joshua at all.
At this moment, a piece of news flashed through the TV screen.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
