Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1374
By the time Luna changed her clothes and came out from Cold Jazz Restaurant, all she saw was the taillights of Joshua’s black Masevati.
The car disappeared and turned into a black dot just seconds later.
Luna stared in the direction of the car before a twinge of disappointment seeped through her heart.
She tried her best to see him…but all she saw was the cold—blooded side of him.
She pitied Malcolm, who had flung himself from the wheelchair and fallen on the floor so that Luna could have an excuse to leave Quinn Mansion to see Joshua.
Luna picked up the broken pieces of her broken heart, took a deep breath, and went back to the hospital.
At the hospital, Malcolm was reading in a wheelchair underneath a lamp. The book that he was reading had been a gift from Luna, and it was a book on the basics of jewelry designing.
When she walked into the room and saw him engrossed in the book, Luna could not help but laugh. “I recommended five books to you, but you’ve only reached the third book? How many years has it been? If it’s tough for you to read, why force yourself to finish it?“
Malcolm smiled and put away the book. “I just wanted to learn more about what you do for a living.
Whenever I see you working, you’re always so concentrated. It got me thinking, is designing jewelry the most interesting job in the world?“
With that, he laughed at his own words and added, “ Maybe I’m too simple-minded to understand the things that you like.“
What he just said warmed Luna’s heart.
She bit her lower lip and smiled wryly. Then, she pushed Malcolm’s wheelchair and said, “Don’t say that. You’re very good at your job too—you’re one of the best. You don’t need to force yourself to learn things that you’re not interested in.“
Malcolm sat on the wheelchair and looked at Luna’s reflection in the elevator door. “But I want to know more about you.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
