Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1386
“I can get Mrs. Quinn for you… I must say, however, that she’s decorating the yard right now, so she might be a little busy.“
As soon as Joshua heard this, he grew even more outraged than before. He said with a cold, expressionless face, “Did the Quinn family put you up to this? How dare you even lie?“
Luna had only agreed to marry Malcolm because she was threatened, so how could she be decorating the yard on her own?
Moreover, how could she willingly own the title of Mrs. Quinn?
The servant rolled her eyes at Joshua and replied, “ What do you mean, I’m lying?“
With that, she ordered one of the younger maids to summon Luna, “Go and get Mrs. Quinn to come here quickly. Tell her that someone is here to cause trouble! “
Joshua, who had not gotten any rest for almost a week, felt as though his head was about to split apart. He leaned against a pillar at the entrance of the Quinn Mansion’s yard so that he would not pass out.
He had to hear the Quinn family explain themselves.
This was a must!
If the Quinn family could not give him a satisfactory explanation for what they did, he would bankrupt them alongside the Landry family!
Soon, the sound of high-heeled footsteps rang out through the yard, along with a displeased voice. “ Who on earth would stir up trouble here?“
Even though Quinn Mansion was where Malcolm lived, the engagement party was set to be held at the Starhill Hotel. Therefore, why would someone want to cause trouble here? If anything, they should go to Starhill Hotel instead!
Luna puzzled over this as she strode out of the yard.
As soon as she exited, she caught sight of the pale – faced man leaning against the pillar.
The last time Luna saw Joshua look so pale was when he had suffered multiple knife wounds.
However, this time, she could tell that his lack of color was not due to injury but instead due to exhaustion.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
