Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1407
Everyone in the entire room fell into silence, including Luna.
No one ever thought that Joshua would kneel right in front of her.
No one expected that this man, who had always been prideful and arrogant, would kneel in front of a woman who was about to get engaged to someone else in front of so many people.
Luna’s entire body was frozen in shock, and she could not even remember what she wanted to say next.
She extended her hand to help him up almost out of impulse.
Joshua—her Joshua—had always been proud and pompous and would never kneel for anyone.
However, as she was about to help him up, Malcolm grabbed hold of her hand mid-air. He clutched her hand and stared at Joshua with a cold expression. “ What are you trying to do, Mr. Lynch? Have you realized that despite all your tactics, Luna still likes me better, so you’re trying to play the victim?“
Luna’s heart lurched when she heard this. Was Joshua…trying to play the victim card?
She lowered her head to glance at Joshua’s pale face and bloodshot eyes.
Luna could not agree with Malcolm and say that Joshua was just playing the victim. After all, this man had never been one for tricks like this, but if it was not the case, then what was he doing?
Did he really reflect on his mistakes?
She had given him plenty of chances before, so why would he only realize his mistake at this moment?
“It’s clear that Mr. Lynch has eyes only for Ms. Luna, “ Heather piped up from beneath the stage as she sipped her wine, her legs crossed gracefully. “ Why don’t you go with him, Ms. Luna? After all, Master Quinn is already crippled.“
She set down her glass elegantly and stared at Luna with her dreamy, seductive eyes. “Your soon -to -be fiancé is a cripple, and another better man is kneeling in front of you to beg for your forgiveness… If I were you, I’d go with him immediately.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
