Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1417
Joshua, along with June and Harvey’s help, shaved and showered and managed to change into a clean set of clothes.
There were no clothes that fit him in the chalet because even though Jim was just as tall, he was much leaner than Joshua.
On the other hand, Dr. Christopher’s clothes fit Joshua perfectly.
Joshua stood in front of the mirror and stared at his reflection, dressed in a simple shirt and slacks. He let out a sigh of relief.
When he and Luna had just gotten married, she used to complain that he owned nothing but black suits in his closet.
At that time, Joshua thought that black suits looked classy and elegant, so he never took what she said to heart and instead continued wearing his usual outfit of black suits.
At this very moment…
He stared at his reflection in the mirror and could not help thinking that his change had come too late.
Luna liked how gentle and simple Malcolm looked. He, too, could achieve this if he wanted.
He could change into any style that she pleased, as long as it made her happy.
“Mr. Lynch, I want to explain the process of going out once over, “ said Dr. Christopher with a deep sigh as soon as they stepped out of the door. “The reason you’re wearing my clothes isn’t just because Master Landry’s clothes don’t fit you, but…
“You’re one of the most wanted people out there, and wearing my clothes can help you blend in.
“When you go out later, please leave the house according to the instructions we gave you.“
Joshua nodded and, after thanking Dr. Christopher, got into the car.
Dr. Christopher was right.
While he got ready, Joshua managed to find out about what had happened in the outside world as well.
Because of the humiliation he suffered during the engagement party, Malcolm had officially resigned as the master of the Quinn family. At present, his cousin Hunter was the one who had taken the wheel.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
