Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1419
Joshua stood at the entrance of Tea Cottage for a long time.
He knew that Luna was upstairs. He could tell that the shadow behind the curtain of the second-floor window belonged to her.
He could even make out the vague outline of her body behind the curtain, as though she was peeking at him through the window.
He wanted nothing more than to rush upstairs, pull her into his arms, and tell her that they had both been tricked by Malcolm and Heather.
He knew that neither Bonnie nor the servants would be able to stop him, but…
After what happened two weeks ago at the engagement party, he refrained from doing so, having experienced just how cold Luna had acted toward him.
He was not afraid of anyone stopping him. Instead, he was worried that his impulsive choice would not only serve no purpose but even make Luna’s misunderstanding of him deepen.
Therefore, Joshua let out a sigh, dragged a bench over to a spot where he could face Luna’s window and sat down.
He took out a recording device and spoke into it, “ Luna, I wore a shirt that doesn’t suit me at all today. You probably saw it, didn’t you? It’s not black, and it’s not a suit either.
“I never really took any of your needs to heart, and I always used to think that as long as it suited my identity, it didn’t really matter what anyone thought at all. But because of this, I neglected the fact that you didn’t like black and a lot of your other opinions.
“Therefore, from today onward, I’ll start changing and become a person that you like.
“If you’re satisfied with what I became, then come out and see me, please?“
From a distance, Luna could make out that Joshua was sitting in the garden, facing her window, and seemed to be saying something into a recording device.
She was a little impatient to hear what he said and, at the same time, felt a little helpless.
What was this man doing? Since she refused to see him and knew that she was safe and sound, should he not leave? What was he doing, staying here and talking into a recording device?

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
