Chapter 2265
Jim closed his eyes as regret weighed upon his heart heavily.
‘Would…everything be different had I chosen not to believe in Charlotte, believing in Bonnie a little bit more instead? Bonnie has only six days left, and she’s still in a coma. Are six days enough for me to repent and make up for all my sins toward her?’
“Jim.” Looking at how sorrowful Jim seemed, Rachel could not help but walk up to him and pat his shoulder.
“There’s a slight chance with Ms. Craig’s condition—”
“Just a very small tiny chance,” Joshua interrupted before Rachel could finish. He furrowed his brows and looked at Jim.
“Although you only have six days left, you shouldn’t spend it wallowing in regret. You should plan out nicely how you want to spend it with her. Even if she’s not going to wake up, you should at least do whatever you could for her.”
All the while, the laptop was playing the video when Jim asked for Bonnie’s hand in marriage during their video call.
“These are enough to prove that Bonnie’s willing to marry you.” Jim finally regained his senses. He nodded and took the laptop from Nigel.
“I know what to do.”
After that, Jim left with the laptop.
As he watched Jim walking away, Sean hesitated for a while before he caved.
“I have something to talk to him about.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
