In the past, Charles had been so devastated by Lucy's 'death‘ that he neglected his career when the fate of Landry Group was in his hands.
Rosalyn was the one who had supported the weight of the family business on her shoulders, and while she was doing this, she had been forced to face Granny Lynch's wrath and even had to spend most of her spare time formulating the drug to keep Charles' moods stable.
While he was in his psychotic state, Charles never understood her and instead thought of her as a stupid imbecile who had to stick her nose into everyone else's business.
However, by the time he finally calmed down, he could not help feeling guilty about how he had treated her.
If it were not for Rosalyn...neither he nor the Landry family would be where they were at this day.He owed her too much.
Therefore, he could not bear to see her blaming herself for other people's mistakes and could not bear to see her worrying about him anymore.He held her close to him and said, "You've done all you could, so please don't blame yourself for this."
The warmth of Charles' skin made Rosalyn let out a bitter chuckle.
"I just can't help feeling that...if I had done something more, you probably would've been able to see her and be reunited with her before she died."
After all, Lucy was the woman Charles loved the most.
Even though Charles claimed he had moved on from Lucy, he still could not deny how much Lucy meant to him.
Besides, she was also Jim's birth mother.
Therefore, Rosalyn could not help thinking that she had done something more and found out that Lucy was still alive, Jim would not have grown up without a single memory of his birth mother.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
