Luke took out a cigarette and Lit it up.
With his face shrouded with smoke, he looked at Sean's stubborn-looking face.
"What's your plan, then?"
"When I recover, I'll pay my respect to Bonnie and be grateful for the kindness the Landry family has shown me.Then, I will leave this city," Sean answered.
"Where are you going to go?" Luke asked.
"I don't know."
Sean turned to look at Luke, his eyes filled with envy.
"To be honest, I want to be someone like you and Joshua.No matter where you go, you can always make a name for yourself.Not me; I'm just a no-name mechanic in Merchant City.Everywhere I go, I'll just be a nobody, so it doesn't matter where I go."
However, Sean knew Merchant City no longer had a place for him.He was Lucy's son, after all, a piece of solid evidence to prove that Lucy dumped Charles and Jim.He bet that every time Charles and Jim saw him, they would be reminded of Lucy, reminded of how they were betrayed.
Thus, he needed to leave.
Sean took a deep breath and looked at Luke.
"That's right, I have something to ask.Why did Jim send me here?"
Kate did say Jim was too busy taking care of Bonnie, which was why Jim sent him here, but Sean felt something was wrong.
For example, If Jim was busy dealing with Bonnie's issue, then why did Jim have the time to accompany him for a few hours after he was hurt? Moreover, Kate refused to give him any communication device and disallowed him to contact anyone else.He felt like he was in a prison more than resting as a patient.
There was no network available.The television only showed the drama which Kate liked to watch, so there was no news for Sean to watch.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
