Although Luna was unclear what was the situation between Thomas Gerald and his family, based on the information from Anne, she had no good impression of this international superstar at all.
As such, she silently closed the search result on the computer and changed the topic of her conversation with Anne, which she noticed.
She knew Luna was slightly older than her and had been through a lot more than her.
Thus, she did not force Luna to admire the same thing as she did.
However...
[Anne: I saw Shannon, Zayne, Samson, and your assistant, Arianna the other day.]
[Anne: They said they were ready to go work with you again in Merchant City, but it seemed like something happened at your end. That's why they didn't go and are still waiting for you.]
[Anne: When are you going to continue with your career, getting back on track?] Luna turned silent when she saw that message.
Anne was right.
When she went back to Banyan City, she wanted to get Shannon, Zayne, and Samson to come and help her.
She wanted to reinvigorate the jewelry company that the Landry Group had started for her, but too many things happened soon after.
Heck, she nearly forgot that she had promised Shannon and the others that she would pick up where she had left off in her career.
Luna took a deep breath and replied, [I'll ask them to come over when I've settled everything on my plate.]
Previously, she wanted to get Shannon and the others from Lynch Group to work for her.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
