“I…I won‘t touch her anymore… “Can you…can you please check her again and double confirm if she needs to go to the hospital?”
“Of course she‘ll have to go to the hospital.” Luna, who was still leaning against Joshua‘s body for comfort, wiped the tears from her eyes and added, “But that won‘t happen unless you do it.
“The ambulance is already on its way here, and are you honestly going to let someone else take her instead?”
As soon as she finished her sentence, the sound of sirens echoed from outside the gate.
Jim‘s face flushed scarlet once more. “You‘re right.”
With that, he strode over to Bonnie and gingerly picked her up from the wheelchair. “I‘ll bring her to the hospital right now.”
When he reached the front door, carrying Bonnie in his arms, Jim suddenly froze and said,” No matter what, I still want to thank all of you.”
If they had not planned this wedding for them, he would have chosen to give Bonnie a quiet and private farewell.
He was not trained in emergency medicine, and he had only limited knowledge about basic first-aid skills, so if Bonnie were to stop breathing with only him around…she might not have been able to survive.
“Also…” he let out an exhale. “Father, Mother, I want to say I‘m sorry. I was too impulsive just now, and I promise to make it up to you as soon as Bonnie gets better.” Rosalyn could not help chuckling when she heard this. “Why do you need to make it up to us? We‘re family, and this is what family is supposed to do. Besides, it‘s partially our fault that Bonnie ended up like this.”
However…

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
