“They‘re very smart, so don‘t compare them with regular seven–year–old kids,” added Luna.
A year ago, Nellie, Neil, and Nigel helped her overcome danger and risks while one of them was far away and the other two beside her. From then on, Luna no longer viewed them as ordinary children.
Thus, when Neil requested Joshua to find a quiet place for them to stay, she just asked a question and was not worried. After all, they were smarter and more mature than anyone else. Rosalyn sighed and shook her head faintly. “I‘m still not that close with them yet, so I don‘t know how talented they are.”
“You‘ll know it soon.” Joshua‘s lips curved into a smile as he politely bade Rosalyn and Charles farewell. “I still have things on my plates. I‘ll leave now.”
He did not forget to leave a group of bodyguards to protect Luna, Gwen, Rosalyn, and Charles. “I think Bonnie, Jim, and Harvey won‘t take too long to catch up. All of you could go over an hour later.”
Luna was touched by Joshua‘s attentiveness. “Alright.” Then, she got on her feet and sent Joshua to the door. With her back still turned to Gwen, she muttered under her breath, “You should investigate in detail about Kate.”
She thought Joshua would say the same thing as before, that she thought too much. However, this time, Joshua held her hand softly and nodded. “Don‘t worry.” He squeezed her hand tightly and asked her not to worry. Only then did Joshua let go of her and left.
Luna stood still as waves of emotions rocked her heart when she stared at Joshua‘s back. She was sad and happy at the same time, and it felt like her heart was dangling mid–air.
The good thing was that Joshua finally understood her instinct and her judgment of Kate. The sad thing was… If Joshua believed it too, it meant that her assumption was correct, that there was a problem with Kate.
With those thoughts in her head, Luna suddenly felt pity for Gwen. She wondered if Gwen would feel sad when she found out about this, especially when she trusted Kate so much.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
