If Yannie had known Malcolm at all, there would have been evidence to show they knew each other after both of them had lived in Merchant City for more than 20 years. When Joshua requested Yannie to get close to Thomas on his behalf, he had already cross–checked every information about Yannie. He believed in Lucas‘ ability to get things done, although Lucas did make a mistake before. Luna furrowed her eyebrows. “Then…”
Other than Yannie, there were no other strangers or outsiders who knew about this…
Joshua raised his head and looked at Gwen, who made no comments on the matter. “Did you tell Kate about Bonnie?”
The sudden question caught Gwen off guard. She paused for a while, and when she regained her senses, she furrowed her eyebrows and looked at Joshua. “What are you trying to say? Are you suspecting me and Kate?” Joshua looked at her and indifferently responded, “Just answer the question.” Gwen pursed her lips. “She knows…but it wasn‘t me who told her.”
Kate had accompanied Gwen to visit Bonnie before. Gwen did not tell Kate anything about Bonnie‘s real situation, but on their way back, Kate had asked, “Ms. Gwen, Ms. Bonnie won‘t die, will she?”
The question caught Gwen by surprise at that moment as she looked at Kate in dismay. “You. What do you mean?” ‘How did Kate know?‘ Gwen had thought to herself.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
