Staring at Jim‘s stern expression, Kate took a deep breath and got into the car. “Well? Start talking,” she scoffed impatiently once she sat down.
Jim could not bother to waste any time with her and threw a file her way. “Joshua and I want you to sign this.”
Kate‘s eyebrows furrowed at the file. When she opened it and read its content, she guffawed. “All for this?”
The file contained an agreement document that stated Kate Miller must guarantee the specialist team from the medical organization sent by the Miller family would treat and portray a professional attitude during Gwen’s surgery.
Not only did they want the surgery to be filmed, but they also demanded that if Kate or her specialists did anything suspicious to Gwen or even kill her...she would have to bring the specialist team to the police and confess their crimes on their own. The Miller family would have to give all of their wealth to Gwen‘s father for his future expenses.
All in all, Joshua and Jim demanded that Kate swore Gwen would not die on the operating table, placing her future, the future of the specialist team, and also the wealth from the Miller family at stake.
“What‘s your take?” Jim felt disgusted by Kate‘s laughter and eyed her coldly.” We can‘t change Luke’s decision, but we could at least ensure that his sacrifice is worth it.”

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
