Chapter 2763
Both Thomas and Yannie lifted their heads in unison upon hearing this.
At this moment, Joshua was standing at the door to Senior Howard’s room, staring calmly at them.
It was clear that he had been inside the room all this while and had only emerged when he heard the commotion. This explained why Tina and Dan were waiting outside the room instead of being with Senior Howard.
At the thought of this, Thomas glanced at Yannie, frowning, then at Joshua. He hesitated for a moment before finally making his way across the hallway, circling past Joshua, and entering the room.
The door slammed shut behind him.
Yannie quickly strode over to Joshua’s side and whispered, “Mr. Lynch, Thomas‘ father…”
“He’s fine,” Joshua replied calmly. “Thankfully, Thomas‘ bullet did not hit anything critical, and so he’s currently stable. However…”
He turned to glance at the closed door and sighed. “The misunderstanding between them will only run deeper from here on out.
“In the future, you’ll need to try harder to get Thomas and his father to reconcile.
”
Yannie bit her lip when she heard this.
A split second later, she lifted her head to stare at Joshua. “Mr. Lynch, I know you and Luna want nothing more than for Thomas and me to work things out, but…”
She let out an exhale. “I’m sorry, but… I don’t think I can continue being with Thomas anymore.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
