Chapter 2913
Then, Willow let go of the knife, allowing it to clatter on the ground, and strode away.
The stench of blood soon filled the small basement.
Vanessa and Willow had agreed to meet at a small restaurant near Orchard Manor.
Vanessa remained in contact with Willow ever since coming out of the police station, and with the policemen flanking them, she and Luna arrived at the restaurant, whereas John followed the rest of the cops to Orchard Manor to save Anne.
Since Willow was just a lackey and was not the mastermind behind this kidnapping, after discussing with Luna, John, and the cops, they decided to let Vanessa continue stalling Willow while the rest searched for Anne.
After 15 minutes, everyone settled in their hiding places around the restaurant, and Vanessa called Willow.
“I’ll be there soon!” Willow sounded excited on the phone. “If it weren’t for the traffic jam, I’d be there by now!”
Luna could not help narrowing her eyes when she heard Willow’s voice from the earpiece. Joshua was the one who had deliberately caused this road congestion. Since Willow was so near to the restaurant, they had to find a way to slow her down so that the police could set up their hiding places.
“Alright, I’m sitting next to the window. You’ll see me as soon as you walk in.” With that, Vanessa sighed and hung up the phone.
She turned to glance in Luna’s direction and gestured at her, asking her whether John had found Anne yet.
Luna shook her head.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
