Gwen frowned and peeked at the man who was sitting behind her. Lowering her head, she continued to text Luna.
[Is this man really a bodyguard Joshua hired or Joshua's friend?]
Gwen believed Luna when she said the man was Joshua's friend, yet all of a sudden, she said she never heard about this man before.
How peculiar.
Theoretically speaking, Joshua made it very clear to differentiate his friends from other people. He would not make a silly mistake by calling a bodyguard his friend.
If this man was Joshua's friend...why did Luna not know him or heard of him before?
Joshua and Luna were so close to each other that Joshua would voluntarily inform Luna how many men and women were attending the dinner and who they were when he had no choice but to bring his clients out for dinner.
There were no secrets between them.
If the man behind her was Joshua's friend, Luna should have and would have known.

Luna frowned while replying.
[If he said he hired a bodyguard, I wouldn't be wondering about this now. I just think something fishy is going on.]
[Why don't you try to get close to the man and see if his face is disfigured and if he's really Joshua's friend?]
Gwen rejected Luna's suggestion immediately.
[It doesn't matter if he is or isn't Joshua's friend. His face is covered, so it's obvious he doesn't want anyone to see his face. I should respect that.]
[Unless he takes off his mask to reveal his face to me, I won't pry at him.]
At the very least, Gwen figured she should show him the respect he deserved.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....

Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
