Joseph looked at Luna agitatedly. “In that case, Ms. Luna, will you let me go?“
“Sure, “ Luna closed her eyes. “but I need you to answer two questions.“
“First.“ Luna took a deep breath and looked at the white-haired middle-aged man sitting opposite her closely.
“Before Aura left for overseas, she told me something. She said that she wasn’t Natasha’s child. She was a child you had with another woman. You sent the daughter you had with Natasha to the orphanage and brought Aura back instead. Is this true?“
The room was instantly in dead silence.
Joseph lifted his head and looked at Luna in shock. He opened and closed his mouth many times, but
could not form his words.
After a long time, he said in a hoarse voice, “Why did she tell you this?“
Luna closed her eyes and inhaled deeply. “You only need to answer whether this is true or not. If I were to tell this to Alice, based on her character and how kind she is, do you think she’ll want to rescue you after knowing that you abandoned her own younger sister?“
Joseph’s face lost all of its colors. He was paler than the wall behind him.
After another round of long silence, Joseph closed his eyes. “This is a long story, but I’ve indeed swapped children.“
Luna’s heart hurt terribly.
A mistress’ child. A mistress’ child took over the affection of her biological mother for more than zo years.
Even up to that moment, her mother, Natasha, was still kept in the dark.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
