Luna frowned and was about to ask Joshua further when the car suddenly jerked. She felt another twinge of pain shot down her body, and curled herself up into a ball.
Luna felt like she was about to pass out at any minute now due to the excruciating pain.
However, just before she lost consciousness, she heard Joshua sigh and say, “I don’t want to… see you two together.“
When Luna finally came to, she discovered that she was in the hospital.
Joshua was sitting next to her with a sullen expression on his face.
Luna rubbed her eyebrows and slowly propped herself up on the bed. Joshua saw this and immediately helped her up. “Does it still hurt?“
Luna shook her head.
“Do you really care about Theo that much?“ Joshua frowned as soon as he took in her pale, sickly face. “ You’re willing to jump in and take the blow for him, even if it means you get hurt again? If I hadn’t seen her and stopped at the last second, your shoulder would probably be paralyzed now! “
Luna did not understand why Joshua was so furious. She chuckled and asked, “Why are you so angry, Mr. Lynch? You and Theo got into a fight because of me,
so of course I had to jump in. Besides, Theo is my boyfriend. Who else would I protect, if not him? Should I have protected you instead? The man who tried to frame and hurt me?“
Joshua’s expression darkened, and he immediately grabbed hold of Luna’s chin, forcing her to look directly into his dark eyes. “Since when did I frame and hurt you?“
Joshua thought Luna was getting more and more outrageous! He had known since the start that Luna had an ulterior motive for approaching him. Anyone who tried to get close to him in the past would give up in the end because Joshua always ended up outsmarting them.
However, Luna was different.
Joshua did not care what her motives were, and he did not hold a grudge against her for having kidnapped Neil and Nellie in the past. He did not even hold anything against her even though she had humiliated him in front of everyone multiple times!

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
