Joshua raised his eyebrows and flatly swept a glance across Luna’s face.
He has not seen her for a long time.
Ever since he knew the meaning of her design, he has been trying to avoid her at all costs.
Since she said that he was evil and aloof, a person that should have long died, why should he appear in front of her and make each other unhappy?
Only that, Joshua did not expect that Luna would openly block his path in the streets.
Joshua lit a cigarette. He stood there elegantly mixed with a hint of thuggishness.
“I’m avoiding you?“ “Are you not?“
Luna raised her head and met his gaze fearlessly. “I have been trying to look for you all this while but fail every single time. If I attend a company meeting, you will refuse to join in. If you’re not avoiding me, then what are you doing?“
Joshua inhaled a huge puff of the cigarette and turned to look opposite the road.
Outside Bamboo Palace, Theo, in white, was still hugging a bouquet of roses. He lowered his head and looked at his watch and looked around anxiously at the same time.
Joshua smiled and exhaled smoke at Luna. “Ms. Luna, you leave your boyfriend waiting for you, yet here you are questioning me if I’m avoiding you or not. It’s not good, right?“
Luna bit her lips. Of course, she knew that being late was not a good thing. Obviously, she was already late! However, to her, the chances of being able to bump into Joshua were much rarer.
Luna bit her lips. “Joshua, answer me. How long are you planning to avoid me? All this while, I have thought long and hard. I have never done anything that made you angry or dissatisfied. Also, now I’ve already helped your jewelry company have a great start. I want to know the reason you’re avoiding me.“
Joshua sneered, “You don’t need to know.“ Then, Joshua lifted his legs and was about to go around Luna.
Luna furrowed her brows. She unrelentingly opened her arms wide, continuing blocking in his path.
“Joshua, how the hell have I offended you?“ Joshua was rather annoyed. He sneered. “Ms. Luna, don’t you know it clearly?“
Joshua took another puff of the cigarette. He was wrapped in a mist of smoke. He swept Luna a flat gaze.
“Evil, cold, something that should have long died but still existed. Isn’t this how I am in your opinion?“
Then, Joshua raised his hands and flung Luna’s hand away with force. He turned and left frigidly.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
