Luna lifted her head and stared at Joshua dazedly. She opened her mouth as if wanting to say something but did not know how to explain everything to him.
He was right. Before Luna found out that she was pregnant, she tried to seize every opportunity she got to get closer to Joshua. The moment she received good news, he misinterpreted it as joy over the fact that the baby belonged to Theo.
Luna did not know how to explain it to Joshua.
Joshua leaned against the chair lazily and gazed at her. “Luna, do you know what the consequences of offending me are? Do you think I ‘m too lenient and kind toward you, and that’s why you can toy with my feelings like this?“
Luna lowered her head and feebly spoke, “I… Of course, I know what the consequences are.“
Joshua was so cruel that he was even willing to hurt his children in the past. What made her think that he would not do the same to Theo’s child?
“It’s good that you know. “ Joshua fiddled with his glass on the table and said, without even lifting his head, “Lucas has already looked into this. Do you remember the supplier that switched out the ores to poor-quality minerals? One of their shareholders is none other than Nathan Allen himself.“
Luna’s eyes widened when she heard this.
She knew that Nathan Allen owned ore mining rights in other countries, but she did not expect him to have the same concessions in Sea City.
“He just acquired the company two months ago, so he probably didn’t expect that I ‘d be able to find out this information.“ Joshua gazed at the horizon in the distance. “I know he’s not doing this to earn money. He’s just trying to humiliate me to get back at me. He probably didn’t think I’d notice so soon.“
Then, he turned around to glance at Luna. “What a vengeful person.“
Luna let out an awkward cough. “You’re right. What are you planning to do, Mr. Lynch?“
Joshua smirked, then glanced at her again. “The best thing I can think of is aborting you and Theo’s baby to show him up.“
The color drained from Luna’s face.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
